The first time I applied Dwell Chat, I was at posture #2 in the queue and it took 18 minutes until eventually a Stay agent responded. The next time, I used to be at position #two once again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is very excellent compared to other exchanges that only reply via electronic mail, without any Dwell Chat
